the view is from the kitchen looking across the sitting room to the front terrace. The sitting room has all hardwood floors (as do all the other rooms) and a working fireplace.

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer (on left), microwave, gas stove/oven, and dishwaser. The countertops are granite. The floor is sealed pine. there is under cabinet lighting, main lighting that dims, and a large skylight to provide a very bright atmosphere.

The dinning room has a bright airy atmosphere with a large skylight and the window shown. To the right is the hallway going towards the rear of the apartment.
Off the hallway to the left from front to back is: A large closet with shelving and storage room, the entrance to the apartment with a large alcove and window, door to a linen closet, a small alcove, and finally the entrance to the master bedroom.
Off the hallway to the right from front to back is the door to the second bathroom, door to the smaller ensuite bedroom, door to the washer/dryer, and a seperate door to a hall closet. The smaller bathroom has both an entrance to the hallway and the smaller bedroom.

The smaller marble bathroom connects directly to the hall and the smaller of the two bedrooms. It can also be used as a guest bathroom.

The second bedroom connects diretly to the hall and has its own bathroom sliding door. The bedroom has two windows and a skylight. To the left is a closet with a cabinet with shelves and clothes hanging space.

The master bedroom is at the back of the apartment. It has a large walk in closet with shelving, cabinets and hanging space. There is also a large closet with cabinetary to the left. The master bedroom overlooks the deck ( through the open door) and the private garden.
Off the master bedroom is a bathroom with a victorian style bathtub and a completely separate large shower.

The master bathroom connects directly to the master bedroom. The floor is slate and granite. The countertop is granite with two basins. There is a large walk in shower with a fully opening frameless glass door. Lighting is both direct and indirect with dimmer switches. The large frosted window over the victorian style bathtub provides a very bright atmosphere

- rear deck and garden
The master bedroom leads directly to the rear deck and private garden. The garden has a border with roses, lilies, bouganvillia and other flowering plants. The center of the garden has a cherry tree. The rear garden and deck is very light and sunny. There is a sprinkler system for the garden.
